Indie pop from Russia

POMPEYA is a young indie pop band from Moscow. It’s a project by members of Russian bands (Silence Kit, Moi Lyubimie Igri, A Rifle Surprise and Wow Band). The debut single “Check” was recorded at the beginning of 2007 and quickly became popular. Pompeya shot a video “Cheenese” which is really great stuff. POMPEYA has released their full-length album “Tropical” in 2011.
